Coastal bus 866 last year in Bergen aan Zee – Duinstreek Centraal
Taking the coastal bus to the sea this summer as well
Coastal buses 866 and 868 will also run to Bergen and Castricum aan Zee this summer. These summer lines will run thanks to a financial contribution from both municipalities and should reduce car traffic to the coast.
The
coastal bus timetable
begins July 10 and ends Aug. 22. Buses run every half hour. Bus 866 runs from Alkmaar station, via Bergen Plein to Bergen aan Zee and vice versa. From Castricum station, Coastal Bus 868 runs via (camping) Bakkum to Castricum aan Zee and back.
