Charging stations in Egmond aan Zee

There are of course various locations in a modern village like Egmond aan Zee where you can find charging stations.

You can see where on the map!.

How does a charging station work?

Is your electric vehicle's battery (almost) empty? Then you can easily charge it at a charging station.

To be able to charge at a charging station, you always have one the subscription required. Even when the charging station is your property. The recognition of the charge card in combination with the subscription ensures that it is always clear who is charging and who is responsible for the charging session. For example, someone else cannot just charge at your charging station at your expense. At public charging stations, the charging card registers who the costs must be charged to.

Starting your charging session is very easy:

  1. Connect your charging cable to the charging station. A green light will illuminate. This means that the charging station is in operation. Is the light red? Then there is a malfunction and you cannot use the charging station.
  2. Now connect the charging cable to your car and hold your charging card in front of the charging station. As soon as the light turns blue, start your charging session. Your car is now being charged.
  3. Are you done charging? By holding your charge card in front of the charge point, unlock the charging cable. You can now disconnect it. It is therefore not possible for someone else to disconnect your car from the charging station.

You don't have a charging station on your own property, then you will have to use one in the public space.

You are probably not the only one who comes to charge there: remove your electric car when the battery is full again.

A subsequent user cannot estimate when that will happen: therefore leave your business card, so that you can be reached in any case.

In this video we show even more suggestions, making it a beautiful day for everyone.
