EGMOND AAN ZEE – Every first Thursday of the month a bicycle tour of about 25 kilometers is held from Postaanzee. Volunteer Reijnoud de Haan sets out the scenic bike ride at 15 kilometers per hour. Everyone is welcome with bicycle or E-Bike.
Bring your own dune map and drinks for along the way. Halfway through there will be a short break. A voluntary contribution is requested for participation and registration is not required. Join us!

Book market at Postaanzee
Book lovers take note: Every first Friday of the month, there is a book market in the back part of the former post office on Front Street. A changing selection of books is offered. Are you looking for just that one book? Or to a memory from days gone by? It could just be in between. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Feel free to ask the volunteers about it. Books cost €1 each and 3 for €2.50. Special books are more expensive, but bargaining is always possible. There is more in stock than is offered and the volunteers are happy to serve you.
Handmade cards will also be offered for sale. By selling the books and cards, you support the activities of PostaanZee. The next market is Friday, Sept. 2, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Postaanzee Voorstraat 82a Egmond aan Zee
