Atmospheric walking marathon weekend for young and old.<\/p>\n
The annual edition of the Egmond Walking Marathon takes place at the end of January. The event, which contributes to the Rheumatism Fund, attracts a record (13,000+) number of walkers to the coast.<\/p>\n
With distances over 10 and 21 km, it is a distinctive walking event. With an attractive course over the North Sea beach, Dune Reserve and the Schoorl Dunes. There is also now the opportunity to register as a nordic walker. More information can be found on the website: Egmond Walking Marathon<\/p>\n
