Camping the Zonnehoeve
Camping de Zonnehoeve is a quiet campsite, enclosed by sand walls and trees. The pitches they plus minus 100m² in size. The grounds have a drainage system to ensure that when it rains, the grounds are dry again as quickly as possible.
Every pitch is equipped with a power connection and there are several places in the campground to tap water. We have a separate parking lot for the car so there is no traffic across the campground.
For our little guests we have swings, a slide, a sandbox and if the weather is warm even a little pool.
Plumbing:
- There are several hot water ( 42°C ) and hot water ( 66°C ) tap points.
- There are for men 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 sink
- There are 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 sinks for the ladies.
- For the little ones, we have a separate wash and bath facility.
- Indoor and outdoor opportunity for dishwashing.
There is a separate depot for chemical toilets.
Cooling elements can be put in the freezer at reception
Pets are welcome by arrangement but must be leashed at the campsite
Electric heaters are strictly prohibited.

Farm Campsite the Gardens
Farm Camping de Tuintjes has a beautiful location in the meadows near Egmond aan den Hoef and close to the coast. The surroundings of Alkmaar and Egmond offer many opportunities for recreation and sports. Beautiful cycling and hiking routes, cities such as Alkmaar and Haarlem, vast polders in the Schermer and Beemster and less than 3 kilometers from Egmond aan zee where you can enjoy the dunes, beach and sea.
Hiking trails
Farm campsite the Gardens is located near hiking net or Nivon hiking trails Ned. Coastal Path-dl 2 (LAW 5-2) and the Migratory Bird Trail (LAW-2). Easy to get to and an ideal base. The starting/ending point of the Migratory Bird Trail is close to our campsite.
Our farm campsite has spacious pitches and good sanitary facilities. We sincerely hope to see you at our campsite soon! Lovely camping in the countryside!
