Egmond Fishermen's Wives "come home

Wednesday the painting Fishermen's women will be delivered to Museum Egmond in Egmond aan Zee.

Anton Gul has announced that he will strive against 13.00 hours to arrive, in any case na 12.45.

The work of painter Roeland Koning, with the Derper fisherwomen Antje de Groot Wijker (links) and Jannetje Krab-de Groot and an unknown woman, is from 3 July every afternoon in the museum from 14.00 to 17.00 hour. There is no need to book. The museum card is valid.

Anton Gul from Gul Verhuizingen will bring the painting from Amersfoort to Egmond aan Zee on Wednesday, together with a watercolor of the fishing village that belongs to the sale. There they will both hang in the first museum room, with eight other works by Roeland Koning. In hall 2 there are also two life-size reproductions of drawings that are in royal possession. In the thirties they were bought by Queen Wilhelmina. The museum will reopen to the public next week.

The opening hours are from 14:00 to 17:00 hour.

Admission €4/€2 Museum card free. Reservation is not necessary, well 1,5 M. keep distance.
