LIMEN – On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 August the members of Keramisten Noord-Holland show their art in the Cultural Center Vredeburg on the Dusseldorperweg 64 in Limmen. There are 22 participating ceramists.
The North Holland Ceramics Foundation (SMALL) was founded in 1995 and existed last year 25 year. In March 1995 was it time, the first 'ceramist guide' was a fact. Many more guides followed after that. In 2013 the last guide came out. High time for a new guide, the new board thought.
This guide has become an anniversary edition. The aim of this guide is to introduce ceramic enthusiasts to the unprecedented variety of ceramics. The work environment, the working method and the personal contact with the maker make the ceramic product all the more valuable. De stichting is blij dat dit boekje de weg wijst naar de keramiekateliers in Noord-Holland. The SKNH now counts 60 members and annually a minimum of 2 exhibitions held. The new guide will be presented to visitors during this exhibition in Limmen.
Opening hours on Saturday and Sunday for the exhibition: 11.00 to 17.00 hour. Admission is free. More info: www.keramisten-noordholland.nl
