Animals

Pets in bags or baskets held on laps do not require a ticket. Neither is the guide dog of a blind person. Other nicely behaved, leashed and non-seat nesting dogs may join us at reduced rates. The driver decides on the admission of your livestock.

Luggage

All kinds of small items may be taken free of charge. The same goes for a shopping cart. Larger goods, such as travel trailers, car peds, folding bicycles in a cover, may be carried only if the driver finds that there will be no lack of space during the trip. That luggage will cost you an extra ticket.

Place cards

All place cards, except rides cards, are strictly personal. No duplicates can be provided. Trip tickets and star passes are not valid on the neighborhood bus. However, valid are the OV-jaarkaart, student OV-jaarkaart. For the current cost of transportation, go to the rates for the year in question.

On Sundays and holidays (such as New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Queen’s Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday and both Christmas Days), the neighborhood bus does not run service.

It’s better this way

If you get to the stop on time, raise your arm to stop your bus, have card or exact money ready, get off the bus on time, you are doing everything in your power to make the trip go smoothly. Our drivers take care of the rest. Thank you for your help.
